Spotless and new-fashioned room with street views...

This authentic hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were approachable and the breakfast was very good with the croissant and the cake, for example.

The staff is absolutely lovely. It's located minutes from the central railroad station.

Lovely hotel and good location in a very commercial area. Comfy bed, large bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers and a work desk in the room. Location close enough to the center, Naples, 5 minutes away from the main station which is excellant to grab the metro and explore different parts of the city, and central station and also metro station.

The location was great, right next to Porta Nolana, and I liked the rooms with a fridge and hairdryer.

The a double room was stylish, included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet:)))

The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our large family. The satellite TV programming provided a great source of entertainment for the kids, with a wide range of channels and shows to choose from. It was a lifesaver during our downtime at the hotel!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide a small play area or a kids' club for families with children.

We stayed at Joy for two nights and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Giordana, our host, was friendly and always available to help us, even late at night. She even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my girlfriend's birthday. The location was a proper authentic Neapolitan neighborhood, and the breakfast served in our room every morning was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and discreet, ensuring a comfortable experience. The room was extremely clean and quiet, providing a peaceful environment. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being in a very commercial area near the central train station. This made it convenient for accessing transportation and exploring the city.

We had a delightful stay at this B&B guest house. The staff at Joy were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even treated us to freshly made traditional pastries every morning, which were absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for us as it allowed easy access to the train station and made it convenient to explore outside of Naples. Despite the grungy neighborhood, our room was a modern and comfortable oasis. we found the area to be safe and the apartment to be clean and attractive.
